"Secretary Su, thank you!" Lao Wu, who was about to leave the Xiamen City Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission, turned around, clasped the hand of District Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary Su Deben, and said solemnly and sincerely.
This is a special day for petitioner Lao Wu. Because the Secretary of Su De talked face-to-face with him, carefully understood the situation of his petitions, explained the policies to him, made the truth clear, and let him "hit" the "dead knot" of the past 5 years, finally showing signs of loosening.
"Every problem that the masses report strongly must be taken seriously, and any behavior that harms the interests of the masses must be resolutely corrected." Combining with the educational activities of the theme of “Don't forget the original intention and keep in mind the mission”, in accordance with the requirements of “finding gaps, grasping implementation, solving problems, and accumulating cases”, Siming District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has made every effort to report and resolve repeated complaints and complaints. Settle the masses' legitimate and legitimate interests. And Su De's secretary took the lead and settled the first hammer.
Lao Wu's petition issue began 5 years ago. Since 2014, Lao Wu has been in dispute with the industry committee of the community where he received the compensation for land requisition, and has continued to petition the relevant departments. Since 2018, he has repeatedly reported to the District Discipline Inspection Commission and complained to a community cadre (originally Department Secretary) The service attitude is not correct. Although Lao Wu's problems were not within the scope of disciplinary inspection and supervision, in order to properly resolve the contradictions, Su De's secretary took the initiative to resolve the case of Wu's petition.
As the leader of the case, Su Deben analyzed that it is the key to get through the ideological work of Lao Wu. Therefore, he invited Lao Wu to his office several times, and earnestly worked with Lao Wu's family, asking for questions, and talking about policies, thoroughly understanding the source of Lao Wu's problems, living conditions, ideological trends, and appeals. Through face-to-face talks, Su De's book appeased Lao Wu's emotions and worked through his ideological work to make him realize that there was an objective reason for not receiving the compensation for land requisition in a timely manner, not that the relevant cadres deliberately made things difficult. Later, he sent a staff member to have a deep understanding of Lao Wu ’s letter and visits, urge a community cadre complained by Lao Wu to reflect deeply, rectify it seriously, enhance the awareness of serving the public, and urge related streets to properly handle Lao Wu ’s claim for compensation for land acquisition. During the investigation, Su De booked several times to listen to the progress report of the case, coordinate and guide in a timely manner at key nodes, pilot the rudder, and promote the effective resolution of the problem.
Hard work pays off. On September 27 this year, Lao Wu and the street signed a pledge of interest and appeal. The five-year-long backlog of cases has been resolved, which has greatly encouraged the cadres of the whole committee to make repeated reports of morale to resolve the offensive. This is also the first letter from the Siming District during the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. It is also a vivid epitome of the repeated efforts of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Siming District to report and resolve the tough battle.
For a long time, the team of the District Commission for Discipline Inspection has always adhered to the problem-oriented approach, focusing on the issues of strong public reflection, involving the immediate interests of the masses, long-term visits of the masses, and repeated cross-level letter visits, and carried out visits with letters and home visits to realize problem discovery. On the front line, resolve conflicts on the front line and implement work on the front line. The District Commission for Discipline Inspection has formulated a "one policy, one policy" resolution plan for repeated reports and complaints, adopted a variety of methods to resolve conflicts and disputes, and endeavored to promote repeated reports of "conclusion, success, and stability."
Since the launch of the theme education activities, the District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has carried out resolution work on the issues reported repeatedly in 29 businesses. Up to now, none of these 29 petitions has been reported repeatedly, and the repeated reporting and resolution work has achieved periodic results.
